Services
All services provided by Digi Works Studio are customized according to the client’s requirements.
The scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and payment schedule will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, agreement, or invoice before work begins.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and information.
- Supply necessary content, images, logos, credentials, and approvals on time.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
- Obtain rights or licenses for any third-party content they provide.
- Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines.
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before project commencement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestones or invoice terms.
- Work may be paused if payments become overdue.
- Final files, source files, website deployment, or project handover may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are based on the timely availability of client feedback and required materials.
Digi Works Studio will make every reasonable effort to complete projects on schedule but is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late client responses
- Scope changes
- Third-party service interruptions
- Force majeure events
Revisions & Change Requests
Most projects include a mutually agreed number of revision rounds.
Requests beyond the agreed revisions or significant changes after approval may incur additional charges and extend the project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digi Works Studio retains ownership of:
- Preliminary concepts
- Drafts
- Working files
- Design methodologies
- Proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and reusable code
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digi Works Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media channels, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
If a project contains confidential information, the client may request in writing that it not be publicly showcased.
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services such as:
- Domain registrars
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Cloud services
- APIs
- Marketing platforms
- AI tools
- Social media platforms
Digi Works Studio is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Digital Marketing Services
While we apply industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Exact lead volumes
- Sales targets
- Advertising performance
- Social media growth
- Revenue increases
Marketing outcomes depend on various factors, including competition, budget, market conditions, and platform algorithms.
Website & Application Development

However, Digi Works Studio is not responsible for issues arising from:
- Unauthorized third-party modifications
- Client-installed plugins or software
- Hosting or server failures
- Internet outages
- Cyberattacks beyond reasonable security measures
- Failure to maintain software updates
Clients are encouraged to subscribe to ongoing maintenance services.
Photography & Videography
Photography and videography services are subject to scheduling, location availability, weather conditions (for outdoor shoots), and other practical considerations.
Edited photos and videos will be delivered in the agreed format and timeline.
Raw, unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Works Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project materials.
Both Digi Works Studio and the client agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.
Privacy
